Sweet Potato Casserole

Serves: 8-12
Ingredients:
6 medium sweet potatoes cooked
(For best results, MicroWav potatoes 20 mins., remove skin and mash )
3/4 stick margarine
1 cup canned milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp each or to taste: nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla
------
Mix ingredients together well, pour into a baking dish, bake at 425° 15 mins.
TOPPING:
1 cup crushed Cornflakes | 3/4 stick margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans | 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Melt butter, mix well with other topping ingredients, spread
over top of potatoes, bake at 400° another 15 min.
