Sea Foam Lime Mold

Serves: 8-12
1-3oz. Pkg. Lime Jelatin | 1-cup Boiling water
1 Tbl. Lemon Juice | 1-8oz. Philadelphia Cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Kraft mini Marshmallows | 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 2/3 cup (13 1/2oz can) Crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup cold water

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water & lemon juice.
Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Chill until almost firm; fold in marshmallows, pineapple & nuts
Pour into 1 quart mold; chill until firm.
Ummm-um good!
