Here's what's cookin... in Lil Debs' kitchen: 10/9/01 Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe from : another Debbie :) Serves: 8 Ingredients: 4 large eggs | 1 Cup light Karo | 6 tbls butter 1/2 cup sugar | 1/4 cup brown sugar | 1 tbl flour 3 tbls bourbon ( git some from neighbor) | 1 tea. vanilla 1 cup pecans | 1 cup chocolate chips ------ Directions: Mix together all ingredients except pecans. Pour into pie pan. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour on lowest oven rack. ***
