Enchilada Casserole

Recipe from : Vannette Horton
Serves: 6-8
Brown together: 1 or 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
salt and peper to taste
mix together:1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
1/2 soup can of water
Grate: 1/2 lb. American cheese
Quarter: 1 pkg tortillias
----------
Layer in casserole... tortillias, meat mixture, sauce and chesse.
( Repeat layers and end with cheese ).
Bake uncovered at 350 for 26-30 min
